North Point branch sits directly above MTR North Point Station Exit A4; Tsuen Wan branch is about an 8-minute walk from Tsuen Wan West Station, entirely via indoor mall corridors.

Group Visit FAQ

What payment methods do you accept for group bookings?+
We accept FPS, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, and cheque.
How long is a group visit session?+
The NGO/school group package includes 3 hours of full venue access.
Do teachers and staff need to pay?+
No! Teachers and staff enter free of charge with the group package.
Is a deposit required?+
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
What is the maximum capacity?+
The group package includes 60 people (students/aided children). Extra persons are charged $50 each.
What AV equipment is available?+
Bluetooth speakers, wireless microphones, and a TV with screen mirroring are available. No HDMI connection or projector.
How big are the party rooms?+
Party Area A fits 25–70 people, Party Area B fits 18–45 people.
Can we visit the venue beforehand?+
You are welcome to visit during business hours.
Can we store props and materials beforehand?+
Yes, you are welcome to deliver props and materials to the venue in advance for storage.
Do babies under 12 months pay?+
Babies under 12 months enter free of charge.
Can you provide receipts and quotations?+
Yes, we can provide official receipts and quotations.
Can we set up early?+
Yes, you can enter 15 minutes before the event starts for setup.
Is there parking nearby?+
There is a car park in the Tsuen Wan branch building, but no parking discount is offered. No car park at the North Point branch.
